Detailed meeting point instructions

After collecting your luggage, please follow these steps precisely.

Step 1: Inside the baggage claim area

  • Collect your bags from your carousel.

  • Do not exit immediately through the first doors you see, even if you are near carousel 3 or 4. Those are not the correct meeting point exits.

  • Instead, walk towards carousels 11 and 12.

  • The only correct exit for the NCC Meeting Point is located immediately to the right of carousels 11 and 12, near the customs station.

Step 2: Passing through customs

  • Exit through the sliding glass doors by carousels 11/12 (marked for “Customs” or “Nothing to Declare”). You will now be entering the public Arrivals Hall.

Step 3: Navigating the arrivals hall

  • As you pass through the sliding doors, do not walk straight ahead. You will see large doors for “Official Taxi” directly ahead. Do not go towards them.

  • Instead, turn immediately to your left. This is the key.

Step 4: Finding the “Limo Service” meeting point

  • Follow the path a short distance into the main hall.

  • You will quickly reach a column or sign marked clearly with “Limo Service” and “Meeting Point NCC.”

  • This is the designated waiting area. Look to your right, where your driver will be holding a sign with your name clearly displayed.

Summary Checklist:

  1. Find Carousels 11 & 12.

  2. Exit to the right of them.

  3. In the public hall, turn left immediately.

  4. Find the Limo Service sign.

  5. Do not leave the airport building until you have met your driver.

If you cannot find your driver:

  • Please remain precisely at the “Limo Service” Meeting Point.

  • Do not go outside to the curbside where non-private taxis are.
